I had an overall decent stay at Ocean Dream Cancun, thanks to its great location and beautiful ocean views. However, the service left a lot to be desired, particularly at the reception. The kitchen in my room was quite limited, making it difficult to prepare meals. I would consider returning for the beach access and view, but I hope for better service next time. 🌊🏖️

My stay at Ocean Dream Cancun had its ups and downs. While the location right on the beach was fantastic, I faced significant issues with cleanliness and service. The room was not cleaned properly, and I had ongoing problems with the air conditioning as well. However, the beachfront view and accessibility to nearby restaurants were definitely highlights.
